At Plush & Co, we believe comfort should never come at the expense of quality. Each piece is designed to be soft and durable. If a garment isn't right for you, here's our return policy, designed to provide you with a simple, humane, and respectful experience.

Deadline for making a return:

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to initiate a return. After this period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to accept the returned item.

Conditions for the return to be accepted:

For your return to be approved, the following criteria must be strictly met:

  • The item must be in its original condition: never worn (other than a brief fitting), never washed, never tumble dried, free of stains, odors, pet hair, or traces of makeup.
  • The original labels must still be attached to the garment.
  • The item must be returned in clean, protective packaging.
  • You must include proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
  • No items that have been washed, put in hot water, or put in the dryer will be accepted. Garment Care

Our pieces require special attention to preserve their softness, fit and durability:

  • Never wash in hot water.
  • Never put in the dryer.
  • Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, lay flat to dry. These instructions are essential for the longevity of your garments and also determine the validity of a return.

Non-refundable items:

The following items are considered final sale:

  • Items on sale or purchased with a promotional code final
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or fitted parts

These items cannot be returned or refunded, except in the event of an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.

Refund terms

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. If everything is in order, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on bank processing times. We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size or color, simply return the item and place a new order.

Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • Error on our part
  • Defective item

In these cases, contact us by email, attaching a photo of the affected product. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Studio fitting

We offer a fitting service by appointment in our Saint-Césaire studio. An intimate and welcoming space to discover our pieces, try them on in person, and receive personalized support.
