INNOV™ Private Day — $899

Are you looking to take your craft to the next level, but feel like you need more than traditional training?

The INNOV™ Private Day was created for exactly that.

It is a full, in-person day, 1:1 with a Plushee™ affiliate and INNOV™ certified trainer, built entirely around you, your skill level, your questions, and what you truly want to improve.

Even before your training day, you will receive a questionnaire about a week in advance. You can tell us about your experience, your strengths, your challenges, what you don’t quite understand yet, what you would like to perfect, and most importantly, what you hope to gain from this day.

Your trainer will arrive prepared for YOUR reality.

For about 6 hours, you have her full attention. No group to keep up with, no content moving at the same pace for everyone. We can take our time where you need it and go much deeper where you are ready.

Want to understand why your adhesive isn't reacting the way you want it to? We’ll discuss chemistry, humidity, polymerization, and your environment.

Want to finally understand why certain curls work on some eyes and not others? We’ll work on morphology, curls, lengths, thicknesses, and mapping.

Are you having retention issues? Together, we’ll look for the root causes.

Do you want to perfect your technique, correct certain habits, or simply get a professional perspective on how you work? This is exactly the kind of thing we can work on during this day.

The goal isn't to give you even more information to memorize. The goal is to help you understand your craft differently.

That is where the INNOV™ method comes into play.

We will introduce you to our way of thinking about lash extensions: an approach that combines science, chemistry, technique, and eye analysis to help you understand the "why" behind your decisions.

Because once you understand why you choose a specific adhesive, curl, length, or mapping, you are no longer just replicating a technique. You begin to develop real technician reflexes.

And this day can be much more than that, too.

Maybe you’ve been doing lashes for a while and feel like you’re spinning your wheels. Maybe you’ve lost a little confidence. Maybe you feel like you’ve learned a lot, but never really understood how to connect it all together.

Sometimes, you don’t need to start from scratch.

You just need someone who takes the time to show you things in a different way.

That is what we want to create with this day: a moment where you can ask all your questions, get corrected, understand what was holding you back, and above all, rediscover the joy of progressing in your craft.

And because your learning shouldn't stop the moment you leave your trainer, you will also leave with concepts and exercises to put into practice after your training. A follow-up session with your trainer will then allow you to revisit your experience, your questions, and your progress.

The INNOV™ Private Day is offered at a cost of $899 and includes pre-training preparation, approximately 6 hours of private in-person training, personalized guidance, practice and corrections, post-training work, as well as a follow-up session with your trainer.
