The Level 2 Advanced Training is intended for the technician who would like to integrate the Plushee™ logic, who has stabilized her practice, and who is ready to take her craft to the next level.

It is a more autonomous, more targeted advanced training,
where you apply, test, and adjust—
and where our interventions serve to optimize your performance, not correct your foundation.

A more self-directed approach, but you are never left alone

In Level 2, you work more independently.
You know what to do. You know how to practice.

Follow-ups are no longer used to correct fundamental errors,
but to analyze:

• the consistency of your retention

• the coherence of your technical choices

• the precision of your customization

• the quality of your decision-making

Unlike Level 1, Level 2 assignments are designed to measure and push your practice.

We ask you to:

The Level 2 Advanced Training is offered online in a structured, flexible, and personalized format, designed for already solid technicians who want to evolve without wasting time.

1. Plushee™ Reality Check (before starting)

Before entering the training, you will complete a Plushee™ Reality Check form.
It allows us to understand precisely:

• your current way of working

• your dominant strengths

• the areas you want to push or transform

• your actual goal (customization, PROmades, retention, design, etc.)

From there, the journey is adapted to you.

2. Guided training + autonomous work

Level 2 functions like Level 1, but with more autonomy.

You move forward with:

• targeted content (online)

• clear areas of work

• performance assignments (results, consistency, quality of customization)

You apply this directly to your actual practice.

3. Personalized follow-ups

Follow-ups serve to:

• analyze your results

• refine your technical decisions

• adjust your customization

• push your strengths even further

We do not correct the foundation.
We optimize your performance.

4. Online or in-person

The Level 2 Advanced Training is offered:

• online, with the same guidance and standards (available February 2nd)

• in-person, in a custom or small group format (coming soon)
