During this immersive day, you will attend a day filled with theory that few teach at a basic level. You will see every step of our method, every thought process, every adjustment, and how every technical decision influences our work so significantly.

We have chosen to limit this Watch & Learn to only four technicians. Why? Because we want to create an environment where each person can truly learn, ask their questions, receive answers adapted to their reality, and leave with concrete areas for improvement. Retention does not depend on luck. It depends on a series of technical decisions that accumulate throughout the application. During this day, Audrey will share her entire professional logic with you:

• The chemistry of our adhesives and their polymerization

• The invisible factors that influence retention

• The science of the natural lash

• The real role of sebum, tears, and humidity

• A complete understanding of Bond X™ and its impact on the ciliary environment

• The most frequent errors that hinder results

• How to analyze a retention problem and find its true source

• Advanced troubleshooting: too much adhesive, not enough adhesive, wrong angle, wrong placement, poor isolation, poor preparation, etc.

• Ergonomics and professional positioning

• Workstation analysis

• Hand and tweezer positioning

• Accessing space and the Plushee diagonal method

• Advanced isolation techniques

• Wrapping and optimization of the attachment zone

• Application angles and the mechanical stability of the lash

• Movements that increase precision and reduce physical fatigue

• The invisible details that make the difference between a beautiful application and a durable application

Because no technician works in exactly the same way, each participant will receive a personalized ergonomic analysis conducted by Audrey & Véronique.

We will evaluate your positioning, your hand movements, your hand mechanics, and how you handle your tweezers in order to optimize your work environment and reduce the limitations that are holding back your progress. As a gift, you will receive two Plushee tweezers selected and adjusted to your natural grip, so that your tools work with you, not against you.
